Return with RMA - Return Merchanise Authorization

YOU CAN RETURN A MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCT WITH RMA – RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION.

In case you experience a malfunctioning product from AWILCO you can return the product with our RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization.

RMA is an arrangement in which AWILCO agrees to have an item shipped back in exchange for a refund or credit due to a product defect or malfunction. The authorization is numbered.

 

IMPORTANT:
You must fill out the RMA form and wait to receive a RMA number before returning the defective unit.

 

 

 

 

HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT

  1. Please download our RMA form as an input-ready PDF file here >
  2. Fill in the RMA form and save the pdf on your computer
  3. Send the form to claim@awilco.dk
  4. AWILCO will confirm the receipt of your form and provide you with the RMA number for later reference as well as the return information within 2 working days
  5. After additionally 2 working days you will receive our suggestion for the following steps.
