The Renogy BT2 is a Bluetooth module designed for seamless integration with Renogy’s ecosystem.

This includes solar charge controllers, DC-DC battery chargers, smart lithium batteries, and pure sine wave inverters.

It connects via an RJ45 port and enables wireless communication with your power system through the Renogy DC Home App on your smartphone or tablet. 

With this setup, you can monitor system performance, adjust parameters, perform diagnostics, and even update firmware—all remotely and in real time.

Real-time Insight and Precise Control Over Your Devices
Utilizing Bluetooth 4.2 with BLE technology, the BT2 ensures stable and responsive communication, offering both real-time and historical system data at your fingertips. The module is powered directly via the RS485 port, and its ultra-low-power chip supports a wireless range of up to 25 meters.

Installation is straightforward: simply connect the BT2 to the RS485 communication port, and follow the guided setup in the app.

The Renogy DC Home App further enhances your off-grid setup by providing detailed insights into solar generation, battery status, and inverter performance. It is compatible with all RS485-enabled Renogy products.

For added support and learning, the app also includes access to the Renogy Power Plus Community and Learning Center—offering tutorials, FAQs, and a space for users to exchange knowledge and tips.
