The Renogy PMS1280 Smart Distribution Box is a centralized DC power control unit designed for advanced energy management in off-grid commercial vehicles, motorhomes, yachts, and recreational vehicles.

Engineered for reliability and intelligent power distribution, it provides an all-in-one solution for managing DC loads, monitoring system performance, and ensuring electrical safety across complex off-grid systems.

With a total input capacity of 80A, the PMS1280 offers 12 independent circuit channels for DC load control, each with integrated voltage and current detection. In addition, it features four water level detection circuits, two temperature sensor ports, and multiple digital input/output signal ports, giving it broad compatibility with various sensors and subsystems. 

All output circuits are pre-fused and include blown fuse indicators for quick diagnostics.

Advanced Battery Protection
The device is equipped with advanced battery protection mechanisms, including automated low-voltage shutdown and high-voltage reconnection. These functions are managed through a built-in current detection module that enables accurate control and protection of every connected DC load, helping to prevent battery over-discharge or overcharge conditions—critical for preserving battery health and system uptime.

What sets the PMS1280 apart is its seamless integration with Renogy’s monitoring ecosystem. Through CAN communication, it interfaces directly with the Renogy ONE Core, Renogy ONE Vision, and the DC Home app. This allows for 24/7 remote access to live system data, load control, fault alarms, and troubleshooting tools via smartphone or web portal—no matter where you are.
